Bookings for online Japanese lessons, travel consultations, and tour guide services are based on time and preparation.

You may reschedule online lessons or travel consultations if you contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking are non-refundable.

For tour guide services, cancellations made at least 7 days before the tour date are refundable. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the tour date are non-refundable.

Travel consultations are non-refundable once the session has taken place or once personalised planning work has started.

Digital products, downloadable materials, and lesson resources are non-refundable once purchased.
